Although it was low season, the onsen water was really pleasant and clean. the breakfast was pretty good, offering personalized food options and showing exquisite attention to detail. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area, surrounded by nature, making it feel calm and cozy.
The hotel itself felt uninspired and under-maintained, greeting guests with a harsh and desolate parking lot. The lobby was somewhat tacky and lacking refinement.

Spacious rooms with balconies. Private onsen experience. Delicious and personalized breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff
Could not be improved in any way.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The onsen was completely empty during our visit, so we had the place to ourselves which was great. The breakfast was served in a unique way with a personal tablet for each guest. We were impressed with the variety of options which were all made with love. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Despite the language barrier with the staff, the spacious family room with a balcony and a spectacular view of the surrounding was a plus. the onsen, which was completely for us, was extremely relaxing. the breakfast, which was served in a tablet with delicious and fresh food, suggested that the hotel takes pride in appearance.
The lack of sufficient staff, especially during check-in, was frustrating.

Visited during Easter weekend. the town was lively with plenty of activities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby hiking trails and beach. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious enough for our family of four. the breakfast was tasty and filling.
The hotel lacked proper staffing, resulting in poor customer service. We had to wait for several minutes before anyone came to check us in.
